The videos are grouped up, as follows:

19 punches and kicking techniques.

2 blocking groups.

4 step groups.

2 groups of polymetric exercises – 30 general ones and 17 specialties.

10 groups of muscle-building exercises: 20 for legs, 4 for pecs, 3 for biceps, 4 for triceps, 5 for back, 3 for shoulders, 4 for abs, 3 for forearms, 3 for the lumbar region, 4 for maintenance.

4 race photos that show the distance in each.
